As I mentioned in one of my previous tips, it is always best to put rod gloves on your rods in order to protect them from damage. However, one problem with these is that hooks can easily get stuck in them and they can be a pain to get out. In order to solve this problem, I suggest also investing in lure wraps. These wraps ensure that your hooks don’t get caught on anything and also protect them while they are banging around in your rod locker.
